Join 4CORE at Earth Day Durango – April 18

Join 4CORE at Buckley Park from 11am - 3pm for our EV Owners Showcase on 13th Street and at our booth, where we’ll be engaging community members around practical, locally relevant energy solutions.

Connect with local EV owners, explore real-world experiences, and get your questions answered in a casual, community-driven setting. Whether you’re EV-curious or already driving electric, this is an opportunity to learn directly from those already making the transition.

At our booth, our team will be available to share information on home energy efficiency, electrification options, and available rebates, as well as connect residents to free home energy assessments.

We will also have a family-friendly component at our booth, including a “Climate Action Spin Wheel” and a simple “Energy Detective” activity to help kids and families learn about everyday energy use and practical ways to reduce energy costs at home.

In advance of Earth Day, we are also convening a community conversation, Our Power, Our Future, on April 7th from 5:30-7:00pm at The Powerhouse. This discussion brings together regional leaders to explore what energy independence and the evolving energy landscape mean for Southwest Colorado.
