This full-time, Durango-based hybrid role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced nonprofit leader to oversee organizational operations, financial stewardship, and diversified fundraising while working alongside a dedicated Deputy Director and staff. With a compensation range of $78,000 to $104,000, the ideal candidate will bring a collaborative leadership style and a passion for building sustainable regional impact.
