Community Energy Coordination Minimize
4CORE has been designated by the Colorado Governor's Energy Office as Southwest Colorado's Community Energy Coordinator (CEC). This means 4CORE collaborates with local government, community groups, businesses, and utilities to build energy strategies that meet the specific needs of the region.  4OCRE has established an advisory board made up of community stakeholders to develop a three to five year Strategy and Action Plan for their region. Our regional plan is called the Resource and Energy Action Plan (REAP). The Advisory Board also provides regular input and feedback regarding the progress of the CEC’s work in the community.
